24SEVEN is hiring Territory Sales Manager for Lahore, Sheikhupura, Faisalabad, Multan, Gujranwala region. The incumbent will be responsible for maximizing sales team potential in the designated area.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing strong relationships target customers
Meeting & exceeding sales targets for the assigned territory
Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base
Managing the entire sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure
Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers
Building strong and long-term relationships with key partners
Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends
Ensure accurate sales forecasting and account planning
Coordinating with relevant stake holders to ensure smooth delivery of products
Prepare regular reports and participate in regular meetings to review performance
Analysing market trends and competitors’ activities and formulating strategies to respond to these
Analyse and survey sales territories to make proper adjustments where necessary
Assess and track team capability through ongoing feedback, regular review meetings & KPI tracking
Requirements:
Bachelor/Master degree with 4-5 years of relevant experience in FMCG/B2B Sales
Strong leadership with excellent interpersonal communication skills
Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
