Territory Sales Manager

Full-Time | Mid-Level

24SEVEN is hiring Territory Sales Manager for Lahore, Sheikhupura, Faisalabad, Multan, Gujranwala region. The incumbent will be responsible for maximizing sales team potential in the designated area.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing strong relationships target customers
  • Meeting & exceeding sales targets for the assigned territory
  • Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure
  • Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers
  • Building strong and long-term relationships with key partners
  • Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting and account planning
  • Coordinating with relevant stake holders to ensure smooth delivery of products
  • Prepare regular reports and participate in regular meetings to review performance
  • Analysing market trends and competitors’ activities and formulating strategies to respond to these
  • Analyse and survey sales territories to make proper adjustments where necessary
  • Assess and track team capability through ongoing feedback, regular review meetings & KPI tracking

Requirements:

  • Bachelor/Master degree with 4-5 years of relevant experience in FMCG/B2B Sales
  • Strong leadership with excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
